Well, you can’t promote equality if people are fundamentally not equal, which is what you are arguing. However, it sounds to me as if men are the ones with the insurmountable shortcoming.

If men are really so emotionally fragile that they just can’t control themselves around women, we should probably lock them up for our own safety.

Fortunately, I prefer to think that men are better than that, in which case segregation isn’t necessary. We just need to start raising men who are capable of, you know, coexisting with women in a healthy manner.
